Voigt Global Distribution Inc provides customers worldwide with sterile, ready to fill vials in sizes of 2ml, 5ml (ISO 6R), and 10ml sizes. Our open (unsealed) ready to fill sterile vials are manufactured by world recognized Gerresheimer AG, with subsequent sterilization performed by Sterigenics, an industry leader in sterilization technology.
All of the above open sterile vials are double bagged in plastic trays following depyrogenation and ethylene oxide sterilization. Each double bagged tray is lot labeled for traceability back to the manufacturers certificate of conformance and the sterilization processors certificate of sterilization. The sterilization certificate will show methods and materials used as well as the results of USP sterility testing protocols.
